Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We use [Bloomereach Engagement] Exponea for marketing automation and communication with our customers. It is also used for transactional notifications, working retention, and our loyalty program. The idea is to have an all-in-one solution for notifications from SMS, to push notifications, and e-mail marketing with combined automated campaigns and programs for the different channels.

The Bloomreach [Engagement] customer service team is always open to help, really easy to get answers from, and does well with finding solutions to problems. They are always open to have a call and discuss technical topics between their IT team and our IT team. Also, they always have new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
It was hard in the early stage. The initial scope was updated and it took about 6 months to start running the platform. However, after this period, the results are the expected ones. I'm sure if from our side we had been able to add more IT resources and follow the initial roadmap of API integration the performance would be the best.
It helps to improve engagement with customers, retention and overall automated communications with customers
Bloomreach [Engagement] has better functionalities and options compared to [Emarsys]. Despite being more expensive, some options like push notifications, web layers, and automated programs work better in Bloomreach [Engagement]. Also, Exponea Academy is a very good tool to help you understand how the platform works, thereby, reaching the maximum in terms of optimization.

Bloomreach Engagement is very good for automated campaigns and tracking the performance of users in terms of open rate, click rate, and also leads generated from e-mail and SMS campaigns. It also helps to be in compliance with GDPR regulations. It is less appropriate when working with queries and events. The performance is much better with the real-time option via API.

In general [though], every marketer could become a DM specialist/automation specialist in just 3 months thanks to this platform and the courses offered.
