Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We use Bloomreach Engagement as our ESP and CDP, it holds all of our CRM and customer data in a single customer view database. It powers our marketing and service-based emails, elements of on-site customisation, and customer segmentation. We also use it as an analytics platform, for ad-hoc reporting and insight gathering.

Great dedicated support team with weekly catch-ups and quarterly reviews, plus the live chat function is very responsive and helpful. I've been working with my account team for 2 years now, and feel like they are an extension of the internal team - they're great to work with, really get our business, and always quick to help.
I wasn't in the business when it was first set up, but I believe it took several months to get the basics in place. From there, it took approximately 6-12 months to start fully utilising the core features, and a further 6-12 months to expand onto the more advanced capabilities. And I still feel like there's more room to grow, which is great!

Bloomreach Engagement is an incredibly powerful and versatile tool for reporting, analysis, and marketing. However, because it's so versatile, it can be overwhelming when first setting it up - practically everything is set up in a custom way from scratch, with little in the way of out-of-the-box solutions. This is great for versatility and customising it to get exactly what you want, but it takes a dedicated focus to do it well.
