Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Composable Personalization Cloud
We use Bloomreach Engagement as our ESP and CDP, it holds all of our CRM and customer data in a single customer view database. It powers our marketing and service-based emails, elements of on-site customisation, and customer segmentation. We also use it as an analytics platform, for ad-hoc reporting and insight gathering.
Pros
- Customer segmentation.
- Custom reporting.
- Trigger-based marketing automation.
- Email marketing.
- Identity resolution
Cons
- Custom reporting is hard to understand.
- The recommendations engine can be tricky to set up.
- Increased revenue from automated campaigns.
- Increased revenue from BAU campaigns via dynamic personalisation.
- Increased level of service-based comms relating to active orders.
I wasn't in the business when it was first set up, but I believe it took several months to get the basics in place. From there, it took approximately 6-12 months to start fully utilising the core features, and a further 6-12 months to expand onto the more advanced capabilities. And I still feel like there's more room to grow, which is great!
Bloomreach Engagement is the most powerful and versatile tool of its kind that I've used
