We use Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization to enable personalisation across various channels including email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS.It helps us to use real time data from customer behaviour on our website to re-target and create comms that are behavioural based.Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization touches almost every part of our business including on site and app.

Cons

  • Custom Rows - being able to save one and they update everywhere where they are in use.
  • Catalogs - being able to use jinja in catalogs.
  • Increased CRM conversion
The chat function is very helpful although responses sometimes are vague and can take a while
It has meant we can personalise our comms leading to an overall experience for our customers.
