Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use bluejeans to hold conferences with anyone outside of our company, with more than 2 parties (for 2 we use an internal Polycom system), or for localized meetings (at a desk, in a spare room, etc). Our entire company uses it, and we introduce it to other businesses expecting to use Skype with us.
- Easy to use and reliable
- Meeting ID system works great
- International support
- Simplification of the app
- A better way to make it work the first time you try it in Chrome
- Better in-browser system or heavier emphasis on using the App
- Easy to set up meetings between parties and not have to deal with other companies' IT teams directly
- Meeting ID system and ease of use are the biggest plus.
- Integration with Polycom system.
