No, I wasn't aware of it.
Yes - Bug about showing self-view pops up often, usually resolved in next release.
Had a problem with license renewal from the vendor and BlueJeans was able to give us a temp license for an urgent meeting.
Tickets will get stuck on pending for weeks or months, seems like nothing is automated to let the support person assigned to the case know that a ticket is open.
