Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It mainly used by the IT department to set up global meetings. It addresses the communication between multiple offices. We also use it for the recording features. We love using it because it's very simple to use and you can moderate it while the meeting is still going on. Highly recommended!

Better interface is the big one.

Usability

I give it this rating because the UI is just so appealing to look at. I honestly feel like a child could figure it out without any assistance.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would have to say that the main thing that BlueJeans excels at is cross-office communication and stability. More than anything, I love the fact that you can record and have multiple people join at any time. Or you have the option to lock the meeting.
