Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

I'm a small business owner and researcher. I use BlueJeans to connect with my colleagues in the overall execution of projects and planning. I also use it to interview consumers for my client research projects.
  • It's easy to send someone a link as an invitation to a video conference versus making them download something.
  • The screenshare is very helpful for reviewing materials with colleagues.
  • I like having a dedicated link.
  • One of my colleagues always has difficulty with it. I'm not sure if it's him or his setup.
  • I'm not sure if it's related to time zones, but I stopped sending invites through the dashboard because the time got mixed up in my Outlook calendar.
  • Easier reviews of digital materials
  • Greater sense of commitment from potential clients when they get to see you
  • A cost-effective way to capture and store video with remote participants
  • Zoom
I chose BlueJeans based on price
Very easy - except one team member always has difficulty
It's great for meetings with new and potential clients so you get the face-to-face experience. It's great for my consumer interviews with remote participants.
