Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We use BlueJeans to allow our statewide board of directors to attend committee meetings remotely. It saves us quite a bit on travel costs and allows us to hold meetings during inclement weather.
  • User-friendly
  • Updates to the app don't always work. We updated an app and the update didn't include the option for pairing with a room system.
  • The emailed invitation is slightly confusing. It would be nice if I could customize it.
  • Money saved on travel
BlueJeans integrates well with our room systems.
It is fairly painless. I have to walk our participants through joining occasionally but for the most part, it is user-friendly.
BlueJeans is great for remote meeting attendance. It is not ideal if the user does not have a very strong internet connection. Even strong wifi isn't always sufficient to support the video feed.
