Use Cases and Deployment Scope

BlueJeans is used for various conference and meetings. It is used by our internal staff as well as many external visitors.
The whole organization can use this software. The teams within my organization that use it the most would be our Medical Staff, Councillors and Information Technology teams. We assist in set up with external clients as well.

It is not easy to learn

Return on Investment

Very successful. Many of our external clients love this feature and come back because of it

Usability

After learning the program, hosting and joining a meeting is quite easy. It can be used inside and outside the office. It is user friendly and many of our staff and clients use it with little to no issue at all

It is well suited for our staff that conference with others outside of our office
