Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We are using it for management team meetings, potential partner meetings and interviews. We are a very small organization - mostly management team at the moment - so we all use it.

Pros

  • The video quality is excellent.
  • Getting people up and running is quick and easy.
  • Screen sharing is intuitive.
  • Connection issues don't degrade the audio/video quality as much as with other services.

Cons

  • It would be great to be able to mute individuals as the host.
  • Our team is dispersed over 3 states - bluejeans lets us meet and collaborate without having to travel!
  • Saves time setting up interviews with potential candidates or meetings with potential partners.
  • Overall it increases our communication and trust in each other as a team.
Bluejeans has a sleeker, better interface. It works more smoothly and reliably in our experience as well. GTM has too many buttons - Bluejeans keeps it simple without taking away features hosts need.
It's super-easy - the only confusion is when we're using a protected meeting vs. a default link meeting.
It's a solid, easy, well designed platform. It does all the things we need, reliably and easily.

If you need a reliable video conference platform that lets you see peoples facial expressions with details, this is it. Slack just can't touch it. (Plus Slack is flaky).

Bluejeans provides VERY HIGH quality video and audio which makes it a great platform for coaching, managing, partner meetings, etc. Anything where seeing people's micro expressions is useful.
