Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We are using it for management team meetings, potential partner meetings and interviews. We are a very small organization - mostly management team at the moment - so we all use it.
- The video quality is excellent.
- Getting people up and running is quick and easy.
- Screen sharing is intuitive.
- Connection issues don't degrade the audio/video quality as much as with other services.
- It would be great to be able to mute individuals as the host.
- Our team is dispersed over 3 states - bluejeans lets us meet and collaborate without having to travel!
- Saves time setting up interviews with potential candidates or meetings with potential partners.
- Overall it increases our communication and trust in each other as a team.
Bluejeans has a sleeker, better interface. It works more smoothly and reliably in our experience as well. GTM has too many buttons - Bluejeans keeps it simple without taking away features hosts need.
