Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We are using BlueJeans across the globe currently. Everyone uses it and it works seamlessly with our video conference units. Users are also able to connect with their mobile devices, laptops and desk phones which makes meeting setups easy and swift.
- BlueJeans is very good quality
- Great at screen sharing
- Easy to use
- Not as many admin features as competitors like Cisco, so less supporting tools
- Overall admin portal could have more features
- We have had more buy-in from the user base since moving to BlueJeans.
I used to use Cisco at my old company which was very good, easy to use and had more admin features. The quality of the calls and service provided are on par. Support for BlueJeans is the best I have had so far though.
