Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans is used across our institution to communicate with clients and vendors. One of the main uses of BlueJeans is to record our Board of Directors meetings as well as training sessions we give to our employees. Some training sessions with vendors are also recorded at times.
- The ease of use and user friendliness.
- The ability to record all sessions.
- The ability to use BlueJeans from anywhere and any device.
- When using BlueJeans, sometimes it is hard to allow the other party to take over control of your workstation.
- Screen resolutions.
- Improved our communications with clients.
- It is now a tool used to remotely visit clients instead of having to fly and visit them physically.
BlueJeans is the same product/productivity for a better price.
