Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We are using the platform to communicate visually with clients globally and with remote employees. It has been instrumental in enabling us to collaborate and enhance overall production.
- High-quality video/audio
- integration with Google calendar
- great mobile app
- Warnings about a poor connection that would enable a user to quickly drop a video or enable them to maintain communication more easily.
- If using multiple accounts in a company, it would be nice to be able to switch accounts quickly.
- Definitely great for cost savings on travel and enabling face-to-face communication. I don't believe it has shortened the sales cycle.
- We are starting to work more remotely this year, so I will have more feedback on ROI next year.
- Zoom and Skype
I like BlueJeans much better for quality and UX.
