Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We have satellite offices across a wide geographic area. BlueJeans allows me to communicate with remote staff very easily, especially when we need to work on projects where screen sharing is the easiest way to go. Our agency launched a new data management system earlier in the year and as I have been able to devote the most time learning about some of its functionalities, the screen sharing allows me to very quickly teach team members about different tools they can use, as opposed to sending another lengthy email! I primarily use it with team leads in the satellite offices, but I have also used it with all team members across our agency.
- Screen sharing - easy to connect, BlueJeans sends direct calendar invitation for recipients.
- Creates recurring meetings, no need to schedule a new meeting each time.
- Sometimes calls are of poor quality, static background noise.
- It has increased efficiency in communicating across teams - same message gets delivered once!
- Allowed for easier access in on boarding new employees when learning our platforms.
- More productive meetings - easier to share charts and figures we need to be looking at, allows for quick changes in plans.
We have had more issues with the quality of the call when compared to other platforms, but the accessibility in being able to share a screen has been a game changer for us. The blips in call quality are minor and did not change our general decision to go with BlueJeans for the service we have needed.
Well suited for remote employees, satellite offices. Not ideal for small teams in one location. Also works well for interviewing candidates that might not live in the area. Works for connecting with one employee as well as connecting with the entire team. Functionality carries across all size groups. Overall, it makes connecting a lot easier.
