Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
All employees can have a BlueJeans account, so across the whole organization. It helps to hold virtual meetings as we are a global business.

- Easy to swap users/presenters
- Recording facility often stops working mid-way through.
- Sometimes it just doesn't load up.
- It doesn't like working on some types of screens, I.E. plasma screens sometimes have issues.
- Money saved on travel.
- More productive as we can screen share.
- Chat allows for Q & A rather than relying on audio which can be confusing when you have a large audience.
Quite similar, my preference would be BlueJeans as WebEx requires the host to kick start the meeting. I set up a lot of meetings but don't always need to be a participant.
