Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Events (formerly Primetime)
The whole organization uses it for meetings and calls, internal and external. It's a well designed solution for connecting teams all over the world. I mostly have good experiences without lag or delay on connection, and it's really practical to set up a meeting link and send the invitation.

- Easier access for people outside the organization - that don't have the app, for example.
- Sometimes there are problems with connection, would be good to have some way to run an analysis and problem solving.
- Improved teamship, connecting people from teams all over the world with easy connection.
- Project management done easier with this practical tool to connect the teams.
I only used it once but it has some nice features, I prefer BlueJeans though as I'm much more used to it.
