Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

BlueJeans is being used across the whole organization, across 14 countries. It is used for all the departments.
  • The system works properly when we have problems related to networking issues.
  • The possibility to choose exactly the screen that we want to share, based on the tool and document is an important feature.
  • When we use presentation mode, it is not possible to screen-share in the same way. We are only able to share what is in our screen in this case.
  • I would like the users to be able to share more than one screen, side-by-side.
  • From my point of view, the ability to connect people around the word in an efficient way, avoiding travel, is the best ROI we could have.
  • When I say "people," please read customers, colleagues, suppliers, new joiners--it is a wonderful tool for everyone.
I did not take part in the decision-making process.
For regular meetings, BlueJeans works very well. We have some problems when the max number of attendants is reached (I think 199). Sometimes it is not possible to mute them all, which is another problem.
