Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
The whole organization uses BlueJeans. It has become a vital communication tool for internal use and to get business leads with potential customers in Mexico and Latin-America. Our global Larousse Mexico teams use it almost every day. We take advantage of the tool to solve meeting problems at any time since being all together reunited in the same room becomes practically impossible. Most of our commercial personnel are usually traveling or have on-field tasks.
- Audio can be used on the computer or via telephone.
- You can decide whether you record the meeting.
- It is easy to use and to get familiar with.
- You can very quickly plan a new meeting.
- I would like to see the chat while I am sharing my screen.
- Switching audio from telephone to computer or vice-versa is very complicated sometimes.
- The phone line is in English. Being able to get a Spanish vocal version.
- Money saved on travel
- Immediate contact with teams and customers.
- Being virtually many places on the same day
Webex used to have an awkward design in many ways, graphic and technical. It did not have the option to get audio on the phone many times. It was too bad. Webex recorded every conversation automatically. Therefore the saving drive was filled very fast. The saving space was minimal also. I do not see these problems on BlueJeans, audio is more precise, we have more space, and there is no automatic recording. I did not select BlueJeans, but I am happy someone did.
