Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
Bluejeans was initially used by parts of the organization (mainly the Washington DC HQ and the UK HQ). It was highly efficient and easy to use, but it got replaced by Zoom. I sometimes continue to use Bluejeans as sone of my customers are users and it facilitates the communication and scheduling of meetings.
- Easy to schedule meetings.
- Easy to invite participants.
- Great phone app.
- Relationship building with customers that required more attention.
- Continuity of renewal/sales process when face-to-face meetings had to be cancelled.
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and Zoom
Skype for Business is unreliable in terms of audio. For some reason, not everyone within the organization is able to communicate via this product. We are currently testing Zoom. It is very similar to BlueJeans and so far I find the set up less intuitive than BlueJeans.
