Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We used it across 120 users, 12 meeting rooms with 2 Dolly room systems. Also, for 3 global sales offices. The ability to use 2 TV screens, 1 for content and 1 for the heads, was a key factor in deciding to go with BlueJeans. Another reason was the detailed quality statistics in the admin center.

Teams wins due to it being integrated into the communication stack.
Microsoft Teams is swallowing the universe. With video conference built into that product for no additional cost, it is hard to justify retaining BlueJeans for the whole user base. We would drop BlueJeans except where we have Dolby conference phones. In this example, we will use the BlueJeans Teams gateway product.
