Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings

I have used BlueJeans Meetings for both business and personal meetings. Most of the time, it's small, one-on-one meetings with shared screen and sometimes recording for later playback.

I chose BlueJeans Meetings because of price and recording/highlight features but because of video incompatibility, I cannot continue to use it.
BlueJeans Meetings works well for situations where every participant has a fairly new computer (less than two years old) because some older systems have compatibility problems. One of the unique features of BlueJeans Meetings is its ability to mark sections of a meeting with notes so that people reviewing the recording can jump right to those places in the video. That could save people a lot of time. Unfortunately, the incompatibility could be a barrier.

Price was a factor but I also didn't want to jump on the bandwagon and go with Zoom like everyone else; I figured there were other products that were just as good.
I would confirm compatibility on more platforms and more likely just go with a popular product to ensure it works for everyone.
