It gives you control over how participants can interact with you.
Meetings can be recorded.
It integrates well with the calendar so meetings are added automatically once scheduled.

Closed captions could be more accurate.
Tends to take up a lot of bandwidth.

It has greatly reduced the amount of time we need to setup online meetings. Everything works with the click of a button.
