Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings

So far , so good, Bluejeans has been a solid software choice as far as video conferencing communication within my organization is concerned. We are using it for video communication between individuals, and as a team and department, we use it regularly for large sized participant meetings.
Bluejeans is very secured, intuitive to use on all platforms and has a top notch audio feature , that is currently unmatched by any other video meeting software that I have encountered.

Pros

  • Provides great security for meetings.
  • Unique call audio quality and background suppression.
  • Provides interactive tools for effective screensharing collaboration and whiteboarding sessions.

Cons

  • Quality of recorded meetings have sometimes been subpar.
  • File sharing during meetings is very limited.
  • Bluejeans allows team communication to happen , regardless of the physical presence of employees, since they can easily join physical meetings virtually.
  • Bluejeans is a key enabler of remote work in my company.

Bluejeans is a great solution for internal communication and collaboration through video conferencing. It has been the perfect backup software for situations where we are unable to meet physically as a team. Bluejeans has also greatly supported remote work initiatives and ensured that even outside the four walls of the office, interactions needed for effective collaboration can still happen without complexities.
