Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings

Within specific departments in my company , Bluejeans is the primary software platform for video-based communication, commonly known as video conferencing. Although we typically have alternative software options
for various needs, including video conferencing, I have developed a complete dependence on Bluejeans for all work-related communication involving video conferencing. This reliance stems from the exceptional quality of its video and audio provisions, the excellence of its mobile application, and its distinctive accessibility features such
as closed captioning and transcription.

Pros

  • Quality video and spatial audio provisions during calls.
  • Integration with third party business applications.
  • Secure meeting platform.
  • Effective mobile application.

Cons

  • On occasions, I have experienced multiple problems with recorded meeting sessions using the Bluejeans platform. There have been instances where recorded voices were distorted or certain sections of the recorded event were missing.
  • Enhanced Communication Efficiency.
  • Increased communication flexibility.
  • Enhanced remote collaboration , contributing to faster operational decision making.

Communication on the move - the BlueJeans mobile app is an excellent feature for me ,when I am on-the-go. With its safe driving mode, I am able to attend meetings from any location without disrupting my workflow. The Bluejeans app comes with an intelligent bandwidth feature , that recommend actions during video calls for optimum performance , while allowing me full control of my meeting rooms and makes it possible to share screens , despite being on mobile device. This feature is
especially beneficial for me , when I am in transit or working remotely.
