Overall Satisfaction with Blueworks Live
I've used Blueworks Live to document and share business processes during a free trial. Once I saw all that it really did, I loved it even more. I just wish that it integrated with Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Power Automate. There is some overlap in their functions, but I like the way Blueworks Live has it laid out.
- Business flow design
- Automated processes
- Project and task management
- Design is nice and simple but could be modernized
- I wish it could integrate with other software
- Easily developed business process models and documentation
It's great having them all in one place, but not everyone in our organization can handle additional software, and there is no integration with the Microsoft Suite.
This capability is available in the Microsoft Suite, so we did not use it. For those that don't have another software to use, these features are fantastic! Automation of redundant processes saves time and improves efficiency and accuracy.
It has helped resolve the issue of creating and modeling business processes and getting feedback. Since using this software for this purpose, we've been able to easily map out our pre-existing systems and have optimized them, including automation and forms, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. As we create and refine, the documentation is updated automatically. I love this!
- IBM Cloud Virtual Servers
This is the problem! We are not using any other IBM products.
We, unfortunately, did not select Blueworks Live. Microsoft 365 environment was much better for our needs.
