Overall Satisfaction with BMC AMI Ops
Good product.
Used to monitor a large amount of domains (CICS/Db2/MQ and so on) and done correlation between events.
Some parts of product need enhancements (Alarms, CICS/CTG, etc ...) but can be used every day as is.
Interface is friendly and intuitive.
3270 interface can be customized.
Graphic interface is a lot complex.
