Overall Satisfaction with Board

It's used in the whole company in almost every department. It's used for reporting and yearly planning.
  • Fast and easy to use for end-user because of the web client.
  • high agility in designing and data import.
  • Possibility of data entry and verification.
  • Missing an internal job scheduler for ELT-Jobs.
  • Saved time in planning due to automatic data verification.
  • Self-Service for end-user reduces ad hoc analysis done by controlling dept.
Main advantage of Board was the web client which was most developed. Further, the user interface for admins and end-user is object-based and thereof easy to use.
Board is doing well in planning and dashboarding. In the planning, we are able to proceed the whole process of the complete company in this tool. No Excel or email correspondence is necessary. Printing reports (.pfd) and sending via eMail is difficult and not well implemented yet. Some end-user in production areas need to print reports to present them on pinboards. That is sometimes a problem.
