Overall Satisfaction with BoldSign

We have integrated it into our lending and banking solution, allowing bankers and clients to sign documents in our workflows, specifically signature cards and product disclosures. The ability to generate the signature requests in real-time and display them in our UI was critical, and BoldSign works well for both.

  • It's developer and API-friendly, so our team enjoys working with it.
Much easier to work with and support is much better. In my experience, DocuSign is just not an easy company to deal with. And, in my experience, whenever we tried to add a particular feature in our integration, DocuSign would force us to upgrade to some higher level. I found that very annoying.

Yes - So far so good. I've been able to integrate with our mobile experience just fine
