Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Development + Digital

Bonterra Development + Digital EveryAction was primarily used to collect contact information, track event, attendees and sign ups, engage with individuals and groups online via email and digital outreach forms, and list build, as well as maintain active lists. it addressed the issues of housing email contact information, Cell Phone, contact information, mailing addresses, and contact preferences, based on geography and outreach type all in one platform.

It natively integrated with NGP Van extremely well. it also integrated very well with our zoom platform and our use of the Mobilize platform. The bulk upload feature allowed us to move large amounts of initial data into the platform easily. The removal of duplicates was also a fairly easy task.
I have never experienced an outage with Bonterra Development + Digital EveryAction or any of the connected platforms. Bonterra Development + Digital EveryAction was integral to our day-to-day operations for outreach to various groups of people and was consistently online and working as intended. every email I scheduled to send sent on time. Page launching was seamless and pages never crashed or came down early once we published them. Overall it was efficient and effective with minimal problems.
We used the digital marketing tools, and the advocacy features. The overall performance impacted the advancement of our organizations goals considerably. it allowed us to house event management email list, communication and contact tracking for individuals and events all on one platform to automate reminder and RSVP emails. The calendar function allowed us to view scheduled events and activities, the attendee list allowed us to view contact and confirmation status of all individuals invited to events, and the check in feature allowed us to close out shifts for attendees with ease.
We replaced Action Network with Bonterra Development + Digital EveryAction because of the native integration into the voter activation network on NGP Van. It reduced the number of logins required, as well as the number of platforms we needed to maintain and have access to. The feature to import a person from the NHP VAN to Bonterra Development + Digital EveryAction was seamless.

A scenario in which Bonterra Development + Digital EveryAction is extremely applicable, is creating an event, creating a call list for outreach to people for that event, creating an email list to generate RSVPs for that event and creating a central tracking location for all RSVPs and outreach correspondence. It is less appropriate, if the event is small scale among highly connected individuals who are already on a personal basis with each other.
