Overall Satisfaction with Bonusly

We use it across the company to recognize the hard work of our colleagues and the small things that often go unnoticed in the hustle and bustle of day to day work.
  • Visibility for the entire company into bonuses given/received.
  • Meaningful rewards that make people actually want to use the platform.
  • Took me awhile to find where all of my previous bonuses were housed.
  • Gives employees increased sense of value.
  • Fun way to reward people for going above and beyond.
I never had any issues with support. It's especially nice to be able to add location-specific rewards.

Especially at a busy company where everyone has high goals/metrics and the company is large and/or spread out, Bonusly gives everyone a way to recognize the unsung heroes. These are often the little things that make companies and individuals successful and give employees much needed boosts in outlook and help to make them feel valued.
