Overall Satisfaction with Bookafy

We use Bookafy to give clients and potential clients the option to schedule a meeting. Also, we use Bookafy in one of our landing pages, so the leads can easily book appointments for marketing consultations. Also, we use Bookafy in our funnels to lead the leads to schedule appointments.

Pros

  • Easy to embed the appointment form to websites
  • You can show off professionalism while booking meetings
  • You can sync the appointments with Google Calendar
  • Easy to use interface, so you don't waste time trying to figure out things around.

Cons

  • Load speed for the embedded form in websites could be a little quicker
  • Improve the email notification editing capabilities
  • We improved the scheduling process in our company
  • We look more professional (first impression)
  • We are spending more time prospecting new clients than figuring out with who and where is the next meeting
I used Calendly before and I like the Bookafy UI better... Also, we like the price structure more for what we get with Bookafy.
Bookafy works great to send potential clients your available times for meetings. They can schedule the meetings in less than 1 minute. They get an email notification confirming the appointment and later on, a text message with reminders, just before the event.
