Overall Satisfaction with Bookyourdata

I've used this primarily for outbound b2b sales campaigns, especially when I need to build quick targeted lists for my role in the cannabis industry. It allows me to streamline a workflow that is often times tedious and cumbersome. Bookyourdata allows me to get on the phones faster and actually close deals, and spend less time trying to find leads

Pros

  • It gives real time previews and helps save clicks/time
  • Extremely user friendly
  • scalable/affordable

Cons

  • Data accuracy can be mixed at times, especially for niche industries
  • Somewhat basic level of targeting
  • lacks deeper integration and enrichment tools
  • Increase meetings booked by BDRS by 30%
  • Decrease time needed to book meetings
  • Freed up BDR time to take on additional projects
It has a straightforward, intuitive interface that is incredibly easy to understand. Supporting documents and F&Q are there to guide you when you are stuck, and the Bookyourdata support team has been super responsive when I've ran into road blocks. Overall I highly recommend this platform for sales outreach.
Bookyourdata stacks up with Apollo by offering no-frills list building that is cost effective, easy to use, and offers flexible pay as you go pricing. For us, it was a no brainer and easy to cancel if we needed to switch, but we haven't found the need to move, and have found a positive delta for our ROI on using Bookyourdata

Bookyourdata is well suited for when you need fast access to b2b data without committing to a full subscription with another contact aggregate. I think it does a great job for general industries but struggles for more niche categories. I think there are some huge opportunities here to advance and fill gaps with AI.
