Overall Satisfaction with BQE Core

I use BQE Core to track my hours on my Design Projects. It helps me to keep my projects streamlined and on budget. I also use the iOS app to track this while I am away from my desktop. I really like how easy it is to use. The interface is nice and the functions are perfect for an architectural office. I have even used the memo function to leave myself notes that I can refer back to and use them in tracking my AXP hours in my licensure journey.

  • I have to pick 3, but that's it, just had some issues with cards going through.

This product is really easy to use. I use it all day, every day (working hours anyway) and it is super easy to stay on top of my workflows.
I have never had to use support, but I know my boss gets help and answers fairly quickly!
We use BQE Core to track our hours and to bill our clients. It's really well suited to track hours on projects and what is being done in those hours. We have often looked back at how long projects have taken when working with new clients to give them an idea of how long they can expect us to take on design, or permitting, etc. I don't think it would take over payroll, but we use it to track our payroll hours and PTO.
