Overall Satisfaction with BQE CORE

Used for hours logged in each week with details as to which projects they pertain to and description to justify costs to clients. the usage of the interface has been improving for sure in the past 2 years of usage. However it could use a bit of clarity on user case as to what's visible to employer, manager and employee. it still has enough information spaces to ensure a complete picture if sorted well

Its been improving consistently, can see user reviews being used to improve experience. there could be improvement in specific ways for users to be able to see information even if it is not editable. or to request a change from a manager or an edit if an error is made. it could also help if there was a preview for a few submissions before they're sent out in a format more screen friendly
our team uses both the platforms and does not tie very well. bamboo does have a more pleasant to the eye interface comparatively. it is also a bit easier to navigate and not have to click too many times to reach any particular information on bamboo. BQE CORE does do visuals of planning better

Responsive to feedback and can see changes during the course of use. Changes in terms of improved interface it would definitely benefit in some one on one reviews from different levels of employees of a user company. each set views a different set of information and uses it differently based on the available fields that are editable so it could customize a bit more on those areas
