Overall Satisfaction with BQE CORE

We use this software for our employee time management and payroll. It centralizes and streamlines all our needs into one easy to use data base. With the software being online based we are able to access it anywhere and all our employees are able to stay organized and up to date on project timelines. In addition, the, the software tracts PTO, Sick, and Holiday hours which is really helpful for employees to manage time off.

Pros

  • Easy to use interface
  • Employees are able to track time with timers
  • Integrates well with Quickbooks

Cons

  • Some functionality is not quite where it needs to be
  • The forced notes are annoying
  • The user interface is intuitive, making tasks like time tracking and project management a breeze.
  • Easy to navigate, implement, and learn!
  • Doesn't always save edits made for personal preference
While BQE CORE Suite offers many great features, the initial learning curve is quite steep. It takes time to get fully accustomed to the software, especially for those who aren't familiar with similar tools. Once you get past that, the suite is highly beneficial, but the onboarding process could definitely be smoother.
