Overall Satisfaction with BQE CORE

We are a financial services firm that service medium to large corporate clients. We use BQE CORE for our timekeeping and billing. The issues we have is having different charge out rates across different cases and at times having different charge out rates during different periods of an engagement. BQE CORE's reporting function allows us to review the different rates across several engagements and for an engagement historically.

Pros

  • User interface is intuitive and easy to use. Very easy to navigate and find the function you are looking for.
  • Mobile app is extremely useful to record time on-the-go. Mobile app updates timesheets automatically creates a seamless transition to the web-based platform.
  • Requesting PTO is very easy and simple to track.

Cons

  • At times finding the appropriate report can take longer than it should. Perhaps simplifying the report menu would be helpful.
  • By allowing time entry to be quick and easy, associates save overall time on time entry and allow them to be more efficient.
Overall BQE CORE usability is extremely easy to use. Even if you do not know where to locate the function you are looking for, the menu options guide you to the correct place. Allowing reports to be favorited and scheduled is a very useful feature that provides users with valuable time savings.

BQE CORE is well suited for professionals that need to record their time across several cases. It is easy to set up new time charge codes to meet each clients needs and transfer time from previous days to other days. The mobile app useful for recording accurate time when taking client calls or having meetings out of the office. BQE CORE would not be appropriate for those not requiring to charge their time or differentiate their time into separate time codes.
