Our company uses Bravo! for peer-to-peer recognition and employee engagement. It's an excellent way to celebrate team wins, hard work, and build a fun culture. Our team always adds fun GIFs, and it's good to see this across different levels and coming together on their own to celebrate efforts. We also give points that can be cashed in for gift cards. Bravo! is also suited for feedback in terms of celebrating recognition publicly and privately.

Bravo! helps organizations to ensure the bonus management process is on time by HR. It is helpful for businesses to allow employee-to-employee recognition. Perhaps, Bravo is more focused on recognizing every member and giving them the liberty to decide how they want to work. It offers the freedom to post your feedback on your social accounts. So, Bravo is my favorite due to its more employee-focused approach.
