Overall Satisfaction with BRAVO!

I have used Bravo, and it helps me to appreciate my peers. The biggest problem we face in the organisation is the recognition of employees who have done a remarkable job. But now Bravo has solved this issue, everyone can appreciate their efforts, and others are knowledgeable of their achievements.

Bonusly is also a recognition platform. On the other hand, bravo is more pocket friendly and has many more features than Bonusly.

Because we often don't know what's going on in other departments, it has improved interdepartmental relationships. With BRAVO, we can recognise everyone's accomplishments and remain involved in the company's various recognition programs. Sometimes the leaderboard creates a feeling of negativity because some employees remain under-recognition beacuse they have done nothing.
