WJLA uses Video Cloud for all video embed by sales, news and promotion. We use this across the whole organization. We do not typically see many issues, other than load time.

Cons

  • Implementing AdTags
  • Creating overlays on playlist vs each video
  • Analytics - demo
  • Better customer service, for sure.

Brightcove is more user-friendly and allows for more opportunity when publishing content.
Comfortability and user friendly for the staff.
We use for all videos, so we arent typically having a selection process.
