Reliable and Good Feature Set But Hard to Scale

Pros

  • Allows you to create a video gallery that can be embedded in a website.
  • Allows more privacy/security settings compared to YouTube.

Cons

  • Not as user-friendly for sales enablement compared to its competition.
  • I would prefer more contact from the support rep to make sure we are up to date with the latest features.

Return on Investment

  • Affordable but we have a limited number of users.
  • Can be used for multiple departments with no limits.

  • No ads--that's a big one
  • No related videos from other competitors
  • Hiding published date and total views

  • It does have a cost compared to other free platforms
  • Lost the online YouTube community search
  • It doesn't have best analytics--but maybe can partner with other integrations
