Resource and blog access - loads of knowledge passed on by the BE team
Shifting from keyword focus to something more page-centric.

Cons

More canned summations would be welcome. Sometimes you look at the data provided and don't realize what you might be missing or what exactly the data's communicating.

This is a great tool and the customer service provided to our team is second to none.

I haven't priced BE but I feel that smaller organizations might have trouble utilizing the tool - both for budget reasons as well as overcoming a limited SEO knowledge base. That's one reason I'm an advocate of summarized explanations of what the data might mean - just something to point novice users in the right direction with a better chance of being able to ask the right questions and find the right answers.
