As a small organization, BrightHR was affordable and has helped us to streamline and manage our HR processes more efficiently, from personnel record filing through to managing holiday requests and managing absence. It is very easy to use; the app is great for employees to use on their phones and it makes managing employee requests quick and easy. Employees and line manager can manage their own holiday and absences without having to go through HR.
