Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR

We use it for help in supply and correct up to date documentation for both HR and H&S. We have also used them for help through a redundancy procedure.

Pros

  • Advice on redundancies
  • Quick response time
  • Quick access to documentation

Cons

  • Have a more generic way to record overtime as the way it is recorded doesn't really suit how we do it
  • Something that shows how much company sick time people have left so that it prompts us to action when they are over the statutory requirement
  • A system that helps with lone working
  • It has ensured that we followed the redundancy procedure in a legal manor to ensure that we are not facing any type of tribunal
It is very easy to use and good that we can pick and choose what is visible to who. We are yet to use it for its full advantages
