Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR

Initial online HR and health and safety for A UK SME. A small number of employees with a higher number of contingent or external contracted workforce.

Pros

  • In my opinion, Miss Selling
  • I think inappropriate contract
  • It doesn’t

Cons

  • Customer service
  • Terms and conditions
  • Delivering promised features
  • ROI - negative as it’s useless to me and I can’t cancel
There are about 100 menu items, but not any of the features promised.

You also can’t manage your account in one place.
I’m going with anything but BrightHR in future.

Based upon my experience I wouldnt ever subscribe any business to BrightHR and I wouldn’t even consider recommending it to anybody - even a competitor. In my opinion, a truly awful company that has absolutely no idea about customer service or SME businesses as all.

Will happily tell you product features are included when they are not available. In my experience, will subscribe you to a 12 month contract without telling you that you have and will not let you cancel at all.

In my opinion, an abysmal product run by an abysmal company that has no idea about customer service at all.

BrightHR Support

In my opinion, completely useless customer service. Won’t even follow their own terms and conditions.

Even gives you a phone number to call that, in my experience, always says the office is closed. I think avoid at all costs.
