Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR

we use the BrightHR app to track holidays, overtime, create contracts and legal advice

  • peninsula services such as therapy

Cons

  • specialist contracts in more detail
  • all perks clearly shown in the app for employees to know about such as the peninsula extensions
good: overall great for small business, easy to create contracts, easy to use the app functions, good legal help, great customer service. improvements: speciality needs in certain industries, not ideal for a team of 50+, targeted towards 9-5 work

suited
- small teams
- simple HR needs tracked such as contracts, holidays and overtime
- legal advice

not suited
- team of 50+, I believe there could be more suitable options depending on the different contracts you may require on a bigger team
- for industries outside a typical 9-5, as we have some requirements as a hair salon that another company such as NHBF can assist with more to a tailer contract or tailor apprenticeship needs for example
