Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR

I use BrightHR to ensure our compliance with Health & Safety, utilising both the BrightSafe and BrightHR modules, making sure our employees are up to date with their H&S and HR knowledge. With our staff working in many different locations, the ability to have them complete this training without having to coral them to the office, is very beneficial.

Pros

  • They answer any queries quickly and efficiently.
  • The ease of access and user friendly application is definitely a big plus.

Cons

  • When logging in to Bright Safe or HR modules, it would be beneficial if the individuals assigned modules were presented immediately on that first page, without the need to go looking for them.
  • No requirement for external training.
