Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
It helps ensure policy compliance with the ever-changing rules and regulations. We have to ensure that the policies we offer to clients meet the local laws, down to the city and county regs. Being able to see a side-by-side comparison of the differences between the various cities/states really helps us customize the products that we offer clients. Brightmine keeps us in the loop with a calendar of all regulatory changes by city, state, and jurisdiction since it can vary from state to state or across a singular state. Reminders of deadlines are easily synced with your outlook so you can always see what's pending and upcoming.

Automated handbook management and HR & Compliance center, I use Brightmine to look at template policies and samples the same way I do using Mineral, SHRM, Grok, etc.
It impacts my role greatly and cuts out a ton of research time. Having access to templates, especially job descriptions, give a great starting spot in whittling them down.
I surprisingly have not yet needed to reach out to a customer success expert.
We use Brightmine to double-check any changes we make from a regulatory standpoint and best practices. We love the templates and charts as well.
Brightmine is an HR firm that has played a vital role in helping us stay up to date-with the ever-changing HR field. While we are Texas-based, we have clients in almost every state, so we trust Brightmine to help keep us up to date on all state changes.
