Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
Brightmine assists in providing our company's HR functional areas with updated laws and regulations that we are required to adhere to. It also assists us in managing different state laws now that we have employees across the board. Brightmine is our "go to" site when we have HR related questions and are looking for direction.

Cons
- I think the layout of the email communications could be better
- Cost saving by not always having to contact outside counsel for information
- All the different 50 state sheets helps save time by not having to search one by one
- Staying compliant from an audit perspective
Brightmine has helped tremendously by being the main site used to stay within Compliance with all the laws and regulations employers must adhere to.
