Enjoy using Brightmine

I use Brightmine in my organization in order to create and update state specific addendums and handbooks. Brightmine creates templates for us to work off of that include applicable laws and regulations per state and city. It is useful for us as a great place to start and helps us keep up to date on the most up to date laws and regulations.

Brightmine has improved our organization's compliance on keeping us updated on law updates in real time. This is especially important in places like California, where laws are complex and frequently changing.

As state before, Brightmine has kept our organization more tuned in on laws and policy updates per state and even city. This has helped us to have much more confidence in the accuracy of policies and procedures that we are administering to our employee populations. This gives us more time to work on the cumbersome tasks of researching and writing policy drafts.
