Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

I use Brightmine to draft new policies and procedures, to check how to complete procedures and for updates on new employment legislation.

Pros

  • Template policies and procedures
  • Flow charts to help navigate complex issues
  • Current and up to date information

Cons

  • I would like to be able to download a flow chart to share with management for example
  • Always helpful to improve search features, the results are sometimes too wide, so should allow for easier drill down
  • Saved my time on drafting policies and procedures by using the provided templates
  • Saved time on researching said policies and interpreting to draft policies and procedures
  • Saved costs on external professional sources of information
HR & Compliance Centre
It is an invaluable source of up to date and relevant information for my role, the templates are extremely helpful and save me drafting time.
I've not used the customer success experts.
Resources from Brightmine have enabled me to update policies and procedures in a timely manner, it may have taken longer without the resources and risked policies being out of compliance.
Quick updates on new legislation has kept us current and compliant.
I feel Brightmine is far more comprehensive.

Well suited to drafting or updating policies and procedures, provides links to calculators when making calculations for termination payments for example. It's not a replacement for employment law advice but it can help you understand the questions that you should perhaps be asking of an employment law professional.
